Can I get a custom logo on the clock?

Absolutely. We offer custom logo printing (screen, pad, or laser engraving) on dial, case, or glass. MOQ for custom logo is 1000 pieces per item. accept 2 color on frame & 2 different dial at least for each 1000pcs.

Do you offer sample testing before bulk order?

Yes. Sample lead time is approximately 7 working days. Sample cost is refundable upon bulk order confirmation.

What is your return policy for defective products?
